I am new to this field. Will I be able to learn from your program?

Yes, you will be able to learn from any of our program because we design each program for people new to IT and those transitioning from a non-IT career into IT. To meet these requirements, we start from the basics up to the expert level as needed.

How is the training done?

We have put in place various methods of training.

  1. Self-paced training where a candidate buys a pre-recorded course and train at their own pace. This comes with labs and assessment material at each stage of the training.
  2. Instructor-led training where a candidate sits in a live training. The training could be in person, or remote online via Zoom, or Webex. This is usually set to start and end within a set time. Labs and assessments are conducted by the instructor during training sessions.

Can I get a refund if the program doesn’t work for me?

Refunds are only processed as credits to be used towards anytime program the candidate chooses.

How will the quality of knowledge I acquire be assessed?

Knowledge is tested continuously during training and every candidate is encouraged to take Industry specific Certifications for what their field of training. Our Interview preparation and coaching makes each graduate from our program job ready.
